Small Animal Care Volunteer (Inverness)

We need you to help our dedicated Animal Care Assistants in providing a caring and safe environment for the small animals in our centre. This may include rabbits, rodents, ferrets, birds, reptiles, and any other small animals we are caring for.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferences for working or not working with certain species, but the role will depend on what animals we have in our care at any given time.

You will be involved in ensuring that the animals’ accommodation is always clean and hygienic, and assist with basic feeding, grooming, exercising and enrichment activities for specific animals.

Full training will be provided and you will always have the support of our staff in carrying out your duties.
